Really great band, great album. 80s powerpop at its best. And then they were gone. It's a mystery why one band, the Romantics just for an example, hit big, and Dirty Looks never did. Luck? Timing? Who's to say. The music business is fickle to say the least. Whatever the case it's a shame they never made the big time.

I remember these guys, I did there live sound when they played at l'amour's in Brooklyn back in 1980. These guys were really good for just 3 members but at that time the record company's were cutting back on money for bands like them and us (Trapazoid).Record company's only gave you so much money and with that you had to record an album with that money, and if you had any left then you can maybe make a video, not like today with so much talent on the internet.
